Satish has more than Six years (Including Internship) experience as a auditing professional and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He worked for several years as Senior for EY India with the assurance team and he specializes in independent financial statement audits and has led multiple audit engagements of large and complex.

Satish Skills Include Core audits of financial statement under various GAAP including Indian GAAP, IFRS, IND AS and accounting advisory services.

Satish has performed audits for various Manufacturing, Waste management and Software companies for Indian entities, preparation of financial statements as per IND AS & Indian GAAP, advised many clients on critical accounting treatments, issued certificates to clients for various statutory compliances, drafting of risk control matrix along with controls .

He also assisted in performing statutory audits for Multinational US PCOAB listed and UK Companies including their subsidiaries for timely completion of audits as per IFRS along with evaluating operating effectiness of controls for critical areas.
